Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your appointment we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so that we may have an opportunity to book another guest.

  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours incur a fee of 50% of the booked appointment.

  • No Call/No shows & same day cancellations incur a fee of 100% of the booked appointment.

  • A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

  • We understand, things happen…. We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Following the grace period, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. Please call us and we will try to do the best we can to accommodate you. For arrivals after the grace period where there isn’t enough time to complete your booked service, the fee is 100% of your service. Please understand that this helps to cover the loss of time for the stylist as there would have been no time for an alternative booking.

Service Adjustments

  • All hair service adjustments must be performed within 2 weeks of the initial appointment or additional charges will apply.

Exchange Policy

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your Aveda product purchase, you may exchange it within 14 days. There are no refunds at this time.
