In consideration of our other guests and your service provider we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, please allow as much notice as possible! If you need to cancel your appointment we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so that we may have an opportunity to book another guest.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours incur a fee of 50% of the booked appointment.
No Call/No shows & same day cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the booked appointment.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Following the grace period, please understand that every effort will be made to perform your service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or modified. Please call us and we will try to do the best we can to accommodate you.
For arrivals after the grace period where there isn’t enough time to complete your booked service, the fee is 100% of your service. Please understand that this helps to cover the loss of time for the stylist as there would have been no time for an alternative booking.
Late Arrival Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
We understand, things happen…. We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals.
Following the grace period, please understand that every effort will be made to perform your service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or modified. Please call us and we will try to do the best we can to accommodate you.
Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened service in order to accommodate the next guest.
As we are unable to reserve that time for another client, the full service fee will still apply, similar to a missed appointment.
We truly value your time and will make every effort to accommodate you whenever possible.
Service Adjustments
All hair service adjustments must be performed within 2 weeks of the initial appointment or additional charges will apply. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your service! Please let us know as soon as possible!
Product Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Aveda product purchase, you may exchange it within 14 days.
There are no refunds at this time.
Pet & Child Policy
For the safety and comfort of all our guests and team members, we kindly ask that you visit the salon without children and pets whenever possible.
We are a dog-friendly salon and welcome well-behaved pets. As a general rule of thumb, if you know your pet becomes anxious around other animals, people, or busy environments, we kindly recommend leaving them at home. Our salon can be active and includes chemicals, sharp tools, and hot styling equipment, so pets must be calm, leashed, and under your control at all times to help maintain a safe environment.
If your child has a hair appointment, we encourage scheduling their service separately from your own so they are not left unattended during your visit. This helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Right to Refuse Services
Our salon team reserves the right to refuse any service that we feel is going to damage your hair in anyway possible.
