As an Aveda Institute Orlando graduate in 2010, Alex brings his diverse range of skills and techniques combined with a unique perspective to his hair styling.
Being a native New Yorker with a love for traveling & music his inspiration comes from all directions. He has a knack for taking looks to the next level! Barbering is also among his many talents . Alex’s fearless approach will keep you freshened up or guide you through a bold change.

Mariel Falla
Hair Stylist / Make-up Artist
Mariel is a graduate of the Aveda Institute in SoHo and has trained with several renowned salons in Manhattan and Brooklyn. When she's not behind the chair, she is a dedicated educator at the Aveda Institute.
As a passionate hairdresser since 2017, and the newest member of the Clove team, her goal is to create an experience that is both luxurious and personal. Mariel's expertise lies in creating hair that enhances one's natural beauty and fits perfectly within their lifestyle.
Specializing in color, cutting, and smoothing services, her focus is on making tailored recommendations for each individual guests, and to ensure that every detail of the salon experience exceeds your expectations!

Ilka Sangidorj
Stylist / Make-up Artist
Ilka is a classical pianist and graduate of the Aveda Institute SoHo. She has since honed her skills in NYC specializing in Aveda color and dry cutting techniques.
Ilka's music and fashion background has given her a unique perspective on the importance of attention to detail. As a former model in Mongolia she worked along side fashion designers in the 1980’s, 1990’s and 2000’s gaining inspiration that would influence her hair styling for years to come!.
While helping establish the runway culture in Mongolia, Ilka brings this same level of dedication to her work as a stylist, creating unique and personalized looks. Her commitment to providing high-quality services make her a valuable addition to Clove.

Giovanna Berardi

As a graduate of the Aveda Institute SoHo in 2008, Giovanna has spent the last 16 years in the East Village mastering her craft through continued education with an unwavering attention to detail. Her passion lies in personalizing classic shapes with a modern twist, creating hairstyles that not only look great but also grow in with ease.
Giovanna’s specialty is in creating soft, sustainable hair color that is tailored to fit her guests' unique personalities and lifestyles. She believes that every person's hair should reflect their individuality and strives to help them achieve a look that makes them feel confident and beautiful..
