Services
All prices listed are starting prices and are based on the experience of your stylist and the time required to achieve your desired result. The additional time/technique required will be reflected in the service price, and will be additionally quoted for prior to the beginning of the service. Please inform guest care if you think you require more time. If you are not sure, we recommend a virtual or in-person consultation to tailor the service to best suits your needs.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so that we may have an opportunity to book another guest.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours incur a fee of 50% of the booked appointment.
No Call/No shows incur a fee of 100% of the booked appointment.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
We understand, things happen…. We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Following the grace period, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. Please call us and we will try to do the best we can to accommodate you. If you arrive too late to complete your booked service the fee is 100% of your service.
Service Adjustments
All hair service adjustments must be performed within 2 weeks of the initial appointment or additional charges will apply.
Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Aveda product purchase, you may exchange it within 14 days. There are no refunds at this time.
