Important things to know before becoming a model:
At Clove, continued education is a cornerstone of our commitment to excellence. Our apprentice team members are licensed professionals working to refine their skills and prepare to take clients independently. Each apprentice works under the direct guidance of experienced educators—full-time stylists proficient in cutting, coloring, and styling—ensuring quality and growth through every model session.
Please understand: this is an educational environment. While we strive to begin services as close to your scheduled time as possible, your appointment cannot be timed. Completion times are not guaranteed. Our priority is to provide apprentices the time and space they need to learn and develop their craft without pressure.
Each apprentice is at a different stage in their program. Your desired result may require multiple visits or may not be achievable at this time. In such cases, you may be redirected to an apprentice who is more suited to your needs. All services will be approached with care, professionalism, and a realistic understanding of your hair’s current condition.
All model participants are required to sign a waiver prior to any services. This waiver outlines the expected service(s) and associated product fees. Model services are not guaranteed, are non-refundable, and do not include re-do appointments. All services are a la carte and priced accordingly to cover product use.

A signed model waiver is required before service begins.
There are No Refunds or Redos.
If you are unsatisfied, notify the educator before leaving the salon.
An educator is present and involved throughout the entire service.
Service duration is not guaranteed.
All products used are professional-grade.
Apprentices may choose to remain silent to maintain focus.
A complimentary blowout is included with all color services.
We appreciate your participation in helping our apprentices grow into confident, capable professionals. Your support directly contributes to the future of our craft.
Model participants cannot be current guests of the salon.
