In consideration of our other guests and your service provider we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, please allow as much notice as possible. We ask that you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid any late cancellation fees and so that we may have the opportunity to book another guest.
If you are running late, please understand that every effort will be made to perform your service. However, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or modified to honor the experience of all guests. If there is not sufficient time to perform your reserved service, it will be considered a missed appointment and the fee will apply. Thank you for understanding.
