After booking online, we will contact you via text or email to confirm your new reservation.
All guests require a Credit Card to hold a reservation.
For new color guests, a brief consultation via email/facetime/in person is required.
In consideration of our other guests and your service provider we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, please allow as much notice as possible. We ask that you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time so that we may have an opportunity to book another guest.
If you are running late, please understand that every effort will be made to perform your service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or modified.
**Cancellation within less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service booked.
**Same day cancellations or no shows will incur a fee of 100% of the service.
