Important information to keep in mind when booking your appointment…

After booking online, we will contact you via text or email to confirm your new reservation.

If you do not see your desired day and time, please email the salon at clovehair@gmail.com and we can add you to our priority list to be contacted if your preferred time becomes available!


All guests require a Credit Card to hold a reservation.

For new color guests, a brief consultation via email/facetime/in person is required.


In consideration of our other guests and your service provider we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, please allow as much notice as possible. We ask that you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time to avoid any late cancellation fees and so that we may have the opportunity to book another guest.

If you are running late, please understand that every effort will be made to perform your service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or modified.


**Cancellation within less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service booked.

**Same day cancellations or no shows will incur a fee of 100% of the service booked.

**Please note that prices may vary. Additional charges may be applied at the salon, and scheduled price adjustments may not be reflected at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, guests acknowledge and agree to the service prices on the day of their visit.
